At Klyvo Tags we take care of the information you share with us. This policy explains what we collect on this website, why we use it, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights.
1. Data controller

2. What we collect
We only collect what we need to handle your request:
- Quote form: name, phone number, email address and the message you write.
- Submission details: date and time, page language and the address of the page you sent the form from.
- Bot protection: Cloudflare Turnstile analyzes technical browser signals to confirm a person is submitting the form.
- Visit statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures visits in aggregate, without advertising cookies and without building individual profiles.
The interactive demo on this website does not send or store any information. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also governed by WhatsApp terms and privacy policy.
3. How we use your data
We use your data only to:
- Answer your request and prepare a quote.
- Contact you about that request through the channel you indicate.
- Protect the form against automated submissions and abuse.
We do not sell your data, we do not use it for third-party advertising and we will not send you marketing messages without your permission.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent, given when you tick the acceptance box on the form, and on the need to handle the pre-contractual steps you request.
5. Service providers
To run the website we rely on technology providers that process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, form processing, Turnstile verification and visit statistics.
- Google LLC: delivery of the form notification to our email account through Google Apps Script and Gmail.
These providers may process information on servers located outside Ecuador. We only work with providers that apply recognized security measures.
6. How long we keep your data
The website does not store requests in a database. Form data reaches us as an email and is kept for as long as needed to handle and follow up on your request. If a business relationship follows, we will keep the information required by applicable legal and accounting obligations.
7. Your rights
Under Ecuador’s Organic Law on Personal Data Protection, you can request:
- Access to your personal data.
- Correction and updating of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion of your data.
- Objection to or suspension of processing.
- Portability of your data.
- Withdrawal of your consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, email us at klyvotags@gmail.com with your name and request. We will reply within the time limits set by law. If you believe your request was not properly handled, you may contact Ecuador’s Superintendency of Personal Data Protection.
8. Security
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), validates information on the server and protects the form against bots. System keys are never published on the website or in its code. No system is flawless, but we apply reasonable measures to protect your information.
10. Minors
This website is intended for businesses and the people who run them. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website or the law. The current version will always be published on this page with its update date.
