1. Who we are

2. Use of the website

This website is informational. You agree to use it lawfully, not to attempt unauthorized access to systems or data, not to submit false information or third-party information without permission, and not to use the form to send abusive or automated content.

3. Information and quotes

The website does not display prices. Each quote is tailored to the number of plates, the design and the services you request. A quote is not an order: an order is confirmed only when both parties accept its conditions in writing (by WhatsApp or email). Each quote states how long it is valid.

4. Orders and payments

The website does not process online payments. Orders are closed by WhatsApp, email or phone, and payment methods and terms are agreed in each quote.

5. Custom design

To customize your plate and digital experience, you will provide your logo and business details. You confirm you have the right to use that material and authorize us to use it only to prepare your order. We will send you the design for approval before production. Changes requested after approval may affect delivery time or cost.

6. Shipping

Shipping is free to any city in Ecuador. Delivery times are agreed when the order is confirmed. You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and contact.

7. Support and warranty

The scope of setup, support and guidance is detailed in each quote. These terms do not limit the rights granted to you by Ecuador’s Organic Law on Consumer Protection.

8. Compatibility

The plate works with phones that have NFC turned on. Most recent phones are compatible, but we cannot guarantee it works on every model, operating system version or configuration.

9. Third-party review platforms

Klyvo Tags is an independent company and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Google LLC or any other review platform. We do not control how reviews are published, moderated or removed on those platforms.

Our experience shows every customer the option to post a public review, whatever their rating. As a business, you agree to follow each platform’s policies; for example, not offering incentives in exchange for reviews.

10. Intellectual property

The text, design, logo and other elements of this website belong to Klyvo Tags or are used with permission. Client names and logos belong to their respective owners. Google and Google Reviews are trademarks of their respective owners.

11. Demo

The interactive demo uses sample data, runs only inside the page and does not send or store any information. It does not represent the results any particular business will get.

12. Liability

We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or omissions. Klyvo Tags does not guarantee a number of reviews, a rating or specific business results, since these depend on each business and its customers.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute will first be addressed directly and in good faith; if that is not possible, it will be submitted to the competent courts of Quito.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version will always be published on this page with its update date.
